We are excited to share with you our latest, and most ambitious project!
As you may have heard in the media, there are various changes to the law being introduced to increase the safety of your home. Some of these are still suggestions and have not yet become the law but we want to lead by example so we are launching our project to update your home.
We are calling this the Housing Refresh Project.

Stay Safe 5in1
This is a fire extinguisher. It is an aerosol, and to use you simply take off the lid and spray at the base of the fire. You can use this on five types of fire: electrical, cooking oil, textiles, petrol/diesel and paper/card. It’s non toxic and eco -safe.
Pan safe
This replaces the traditional fire blanket to put out a cooking oil pan fire. You simply place the whole packet into the pan (no need to open it!) and it will put out the fire.
For those of you with a Smartphone, there is a free training app that you can download from your app store. Once you have this, scan the QR code on your box using your cameraphone. The app will give some more details about how to use these items and there’s even a quiz at the end to confirm you have understood how to use the two items. When you get all six questions right, you will receive a certificate!
