Coming to the end of your Tenancy?

Our Intermediate Rent tenancies last for up to 3 years. This is to enable us to help as many tenants as possible to save on rent and hopefully provide the opportunity to save some money towards a deposit.

If you've been able to save over £4000 you can look into Shared Ownership

Although you cannot repeat an Intermediate Rent tenancy with Westminster Community Homes, there are other housing associations out there who do similar schemes.
