MOT Yard Autumn Update

The Build So Far

Following our last update as we moved into summer and World Cup 2026, work on the MOT Yard slowed down with the contractor going into administration on the 17th September 2026. Thanks to Westminster Community Homes quick response, the site was secured and a recovery plan agreed.

What’s Next?

Work is recommencing, with brick work and roofing being carried out over the winter months to protect the building from the weather whilst a replacement contractor is procured to complete the homes and achieve Practical Completion.

Looking Ahead

As work on site increase over the autumn and winter months, expect to see more people on site including deliveries taking place. Our site team will continue to carefully manage all activities, with a focus on maintaining safe operations, minimising noise where possible and reducing disruption to neighbouring residents and businesses.
