Our Developments
Westminster Community Homes has a development programme which consists of a mixture of property acquisitions and some new build programmes.
We have also designed our own specification which provides a superior finish compared to most housing providers in our sector. This specification will continue to evolve and change as we strive for continual improvement.
Work starts shortly on a brand new development on the old MOT Yard site at
581-587 Harrow Road W10 and creating 15 brand new homes for social rent

Ladbroke Grove / Victoria Wharf
Westminster Community Homes carried out a development at 348-352 Ladbroke Grove to create 22 homes. The works were completed in January 2018.
Victoria Wharf Apartments at Ladbroke Grove is Westminster Community Homes most recent development. These apartments are let as Intermediate Rented units.
This scheme won two major housing awards in 2018. The Evening Standard Best Affordable Housing Scheme and Building Magazine Best Affordable Housing Scheme Under £6m.
We are very proud of these achievements and in October 2020 planning permission was granted to provide a further 20 new apartments for Intermediate Rent.
Phase 2 of the development was completed in September 2023 and has provided 42 new homes in total.
