Repairs and Maintenance
Westminster Community Homes contract out its' repairs and maintenance to Westminster City Council (WCC). We have also adopted WCC's Repairs & Maintenance Policy which can be found here
Complaints
The council aims to provide quality services, but sometimes things go wrong, and we encourage customers to tell us when this happens so we can quickly put things right, learn from our mistakes and improve our services.

Intermediate Rent Policy
Westminster Community Homes offer affordable rent to registered applicants of Homes for Westminster. We offer our own policy and guide for the tenancy, including what is and isn't permitted during your tenancy. Read more here
