As valued Westminster Community Homes tenants, we want to let you know that the health and well-being of both our staff and customers is paramount. We and Westminster City Council are working hard with our partners and the local community to coordinate the response.
In efforts to keep everyone protected at this time, our offices will remain open but customers will be asked to only visit us if the issue is essential and cannot be done by any other means (telephone or email).
We ask that residents only raise repair jobs for emergency and urgent repairs such as a lack of electrical supply, loss of heating and hot water, leaks and security issues.
Being able to save as paying an intermediate market value rent, allowed me to save £8k within two years. This opened up opportunities to move into my own (shared ownership) property.
Westminster community homes have been great throughout the entire tenancy, and without their assistance, I'd still be totally dependent on the rental market.
And even though it was a discounted rent, it was an amazing flat, with lovely neighbour's. In a fantastic location.
Westminster Community Homes was formed to deliver homes and other services for the benefit of people living in or wishing to live in Westminster.
We aim to build and acquire high quality sustainable homes which complement the local environment and encourage thriving neighbourhoods. In order to achieve our objectives we work closely with the City Council to help deliver Westminster’s housing strategy.
