Our Developments

Westminster Community Homes has a development programme which consists of a mixture of property acquisitions and some new build programmes.
We have also designed our own specification which provides a superior finish compared to most housing providers in our sector. This specification will continue to evolve and change as we strive for continual improvement.


Ladbroke Grove / Victoria Wharf

Westminster Community Homes have carried out a development at 348-352 Ladbroke Grove to create 22 homes. 

The works were completed in January 2018.

Victoria Wharf Apartments at Ladbroke Grove is Westminster Community Homes most recent development. 

These apartments are let as Intermediate Rented units. This scheme has won two major housing awards in 2018. The Evening Standard Best Affordable Housing Scheme and Building Magazine Best Affordable Housing Scheme Under £6m. We are very proud of these achievements.


Victoria Wharf Extension

Planning permission was granted In October 2020 to provide 20 new apartments for Intermediate Rent.   The contractor has been appointed and we are aiming to start the works on site in January 2021 with a completion date in late Spring 2022.


Social Housing development comprising of 8 flats


581-587 Harrow Road

WCH acquired this property in August 2020.   WCH have now appointed the technical team to draw up proposals with a view to making a planning application in March 2021.  It is hoped to have planning permission by summer and start on site in September.  The completed units would be ready for letting in early 2023.
